Effective: September 2026 | Sharanya Industries, Nashik
1. Quotations and Commercial Agreements
All RFQ submissions, manufacturing estimates, and formal quotations provided by Sharanya Industries are subject to verified technical drawings, approved sample batches (PPAP / initial sample report), raw material grade availability, and written purchase orders (PO).
2. Quality Standards & Inspection
Components are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management systems. Dimensional acceptance is governed by mutually agreed inspection standards, custom checking gauges, and approved tolerance drawings.
3. Tooling & Die Maintenance
Customer-specific tooling, stamping dies, and checking fixtures developed for production orders remain maintained in clean condition under our shop-floor preventive maintenance protocol for the duration of the manufacturing contract.
4. Jurisdiction
All manufacturing transactions, supply agreements, and dispute resolutions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
