Engineering Phase

01. Design, Gauge Development & Strip Sizing

Every project starts at the initial sample inspection phase where our engineers develop dedicated checking fixtures and customized inspection gauges. Concurrently, we optimize the raw material strip layout to minimize scrap and reduce unit conversion costs.

  • Customized checking fixtures for 100% shop floor verification
  • Strip size re-engineering for minimum raw material waste
  • Tooling wear analysis and preventive regrinding schedules

02. Power Press Stamping & Poka-Yoke Inspection

High-speed blanking, piercing, and forming is executed across 20T to 160T mechanical power presses. Parts are integrated with in-house CO2 welding where needed, and passed through online sensor-based Poka-Yoke checking mechanisms to guarantee zero missing holes or dimensional deviations.

  • 20T - 160T mechanical power press capacity
  • Online mistake-proof Poka-Yoke sensors
  • Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and metallurgy lab partner tie-ups
